§ Worked as a Field Inspector on the $4MM project “QZAB Schools"; which consisted on the remodeling of the School Adela Rolón Fuentes, Toa Alta, PR.

Civil Engineering Capstone Design

§ Urban renewal of San Juan, the capital of Puerto Rico.

§ Planning and design of a new development.

§ The project consisted of four building structures: a residential building, a hotel, a government building and a multi-story parking.

§ The hotel and the residential building were designed using reinforced concrete. following  The International Building Code (IBC 2009) design standards.

§ The government building and the multi-story parking were designed using structural steel,  following  The International Building Code (IBC 2009) design standards, and the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) standards.

§ Foundations design: piles, spread footings, and mat foundations.

§ The project also included: road capacity analysis, traffic modeling and geometric improvements.
